Pro Kabaddi 2018 Match 18: Jaipur Pink Panthers v/s Haryana Steelers
The eighteenth match of Pro Kabaddi 2018 was a really exciting one. It was a close match. The two teams were the Jaipur Pink Panthers and the Haryana Steelers. The final score was 36-33. The Panthers rode on the back of Nitin Rawal’s awesome all-round display. The Panthers got the better of the Steelers.
The raiders of the Panthers scored a total of 22 raid points. The top raider of the match was the young all-rounder Nitin Rawal. He contributed a total of 8 raid points to the team effort. It has been great for the young raider. He has managed to score 19 points in just 2 matches.
The Captain of the Panthers, Anup Kumar was the costliest buy at the auction. He seems to be worth it. He contributed 6 raid points to the total effort in the Pro Kabaddi 2018 match. Deepak Niwas Hooda also contributed 6 raid points to the final scoreline.
The Panthers’ defence was not as good as their last game. But they did manage to score 11 tackle points. Nitin Rawal contributed 3 tackle points. 2 points each were contributed the cover Young Chan Ko and the left corner Sandeep Dhull.
Their substitutions were on the money as well. Selvamani K contributed 2 raid points and a tackle point. Amit Kumar scored 2 tackle points as well.
On the other hand, the Steelers were able to rack up 33 points. That was because of the brilliant raiding skills showcased Naveen. He scored a total of 17 points. This included 2 tackle points as well. The Steelers would have been completely decimated without his efforts. The other two raiders, Monu Goyat and Vikas Kandola couldn’t break the Panthers’ defence. They managed to score only 3 points each.
The Steelers will take on U Mumbai in their next Pro Kabaddi 2018 match. If they keep up this poor defensive strategy, they are bound to lose that match as well.
