Pro Kabaddi 2018 Match 56: Patna Pirates vs Bengal Warriors
The 56th match of Pro Kabaddi 2018 was fought between the Patna Pirates and the Bengal Warriors. The three-time defending champions Patna Pirates were participating in their first match after their home leg. Pardeep Narwal was back on the mat after his recovering from his wrist injury. Patna looked quite domineering in the contest. The Bengal Warriors were also quite confident after their last win against the Telegu Titans.
As expected, Maninder Singh and Pardeep Narwal led the raiding initiatives for their respective teams. But both got tackled in their first raids. Both the teams appeared to be in good form. They traded blows in the initial raids.
The Warriors had formulated a clear strategy. They were keeping the Patna Pirates off the mat in the Pro Kabaddi 2018 match. With 8 minutes remaining, Patna left the Warriors with only 2 men on the mat. Soon, the first all-out of the match was inflicted and Patna stood strong with a score of 16-8. At halftime, the score was 22-14, with the Pirates in the lead. It was really an intense match.
With 6 minutes remaining on the clock, Pardeep Narwal scored a Super- 10. Bengal Warriors saw the second all-out of the night. Jaideep scored a High- 5 in defence.
