RBI raises Collateral-Free Farm Loan Limit

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has raised the limit of collateral-free agricultural loans. This change took place today. The collateral-free farm loan limit has been raised to Rs. 1.6 lakh. This value has been raised from the current Rs. 1 lakh. The aim of this change is to help small and marginal farmers. Reserve Bank of India says bad loans will shrink in March

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has said that the ration of bad loans has improved from last year. It is expected to further decline in March 2019’s financial results.
