Remembering Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru on Shaheed Diwas
Today on 23 March, nation pays tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru on their Martyrdom Day. From common people to celebrities, everyone is playing their gratitude towards our freedom fighters Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru who were hanged the colonial British government on 23 March 1931.
Shaheed Bhagat Singh was just 23 years old when he did ultimate sacrifice for the nation. Shivaram Rajguru, and Sukhdev Thapar were also in their 20s. They sacrificed their lives for the independence of India & their inspiring actions continued to stir the desire for freedom until it was achieved in 1947.
