Why should voters not be emotional? Because he only has the right and not the duty and where there is no sense of duty, sentimentality goes home. If this sentiment comes negatively, then it starts to control the decision style of human beings, which makes the voter “blind”.
Our Indian constitution amended section 326 in 1988 to give an Indian citizen of 18 years the right to vote but unfortunately due to narrow politics, it could not be made a basic duty which should be paramount in a democratic system. Suppose you have the right but you do not realize its duty, then why would you decide? Our country is tied on the chord of emotions, on which the knot of the decision cannot be tied. The main thing is that this cord is not raw but strong.

If it is understood to be broken now, the franchise is already there but then Why the right to ask? That is clearly because you did not perform the duty but you remember the duty to question! One example is that when a wave of a party is told, most of them close their eyes and vote for it because then they are filled with emotion, not the duty, that too negatively. So unless the mind changes, every citizen will become a voter and not a franchisee after coming under the negative sentiment. By then it should be understood that the voter will also be secular but be filled with emotional qualities.
