Fukrey Returns Box Office Collection Day 8 : The movie received a massive increase in Earning
Fukrey returns the sequel of power hit Fukrey released in 2013. Fukrey return was released on 8 December and still making an impact successfully on the box office. Movie Features cast of Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadha, Ali Fazal and Pulkit Samrat and collected a total of Rs 59.01 crore till now.
Tweeting the latest box office figures of Fukrey Returns Taran Adarsh wrote, “#FukreyReturns witnesses MASSIVE GROWTH [55.59%] on Sat… Expected to score BIG numbers on Sun… Should touch/cross ₹ 65 cr Weekend 2… [Week 2] Fri 3.31 cr, Sat 5.15 cr. Total: ₹ 59.01 cr. India biz.”.
It is assumed that this movie will earn 65 Crore the end of this weekend. It is expected because there was no high competition movie released near this movie Only Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Monsoon Shootout hit the theatres.
Fukrey Returns producer Farhan Akhtar also expressed his feelings with words over the film’s success at a recent event and said, “I am very happy with the way the audience has received Fukrey Returns. It’s been a week and the film has performed very well. In this week also, there is no major film releasing. We feel that the film will have a very good run at the box office. It’s been a very very healthy first week.”
The recent trend is emerging the audience more to Comedy and entertainment and the collection of recent release Golmaal Again and Judwaa 2 proves this statement right. People are enjoying the content which is more connected to enjoyment like showed in Fukrey Returns. One thing that makes this movie different from others is the small budget.
As Taran had earlier tweeted, “#FukreyReturns is all set to cross ₹ 30 cr in its opening weekend, which is HUGE considering the economics of the film… An open, unhindered run till #TigerZindaHai arrives [22 Dec 2017] will ensure an IMPRESSIVE total.” Let’s wait and watch how far this multi-starrer will go!
