Mamata Banerjee Ends Dramatic Protest On The Appeal Of Chandrababu Naidu
After the appeal of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has stopped her standing dramatic protest against the CBI. Naidu said that 23 parties have appealed to Mamata Banerjee to end the protest. He has come from the 23 political parties who participated in the rally on 19th January.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the attack on the Modi government next week after the protests are over. She said, now I will take this fight to Delhi. She said, her war against the centre will continue till Modi government is out of power. On the Ministry of Home Affairs notice , Mamta said that she will give a reply to it.
Chandrababu Naidu said that his leaders will meet on February 13-14 in Delhi to prepare a demonstration program. Naidu said that as a representative of 23 opposition parties, he and Banerjee, held talks with NCP chief Sharad Pawar, SP President Akhilesh Yadav, National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah, Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, DMK president M K Stalin And spoke to former Union minister Sharad Yadav. Everyone gave their opinion in support of immediate action.
Before finishing the protest, Mamta alleged that pressures were being made on companies to cancel the agreements to provide helicopter to Trinamool Congress during the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Trinamool Congress had given advance amount of helicopter booking for two occasions. The company returned the money in both cases. Why is the (BJP) so scared?
Mamta Banerjee was sitting for protest at 9 pm on Sunday night. Their halt lasted for almost 46 hours. The procession was completed on Tuesday evening at 6.30pm.
