Gandhi Portrait Killer Pooja Shakun Pandey Arrested From Delhi
Under Nation Father Mahatma Gandhi absconding in the case of firing on poster National Secretary of All India Hindu Mahasabha Pooja Shukun Pandey and husband Ashok Pandey were arrested Aligarh Police while entering Delhi from Noida on Tuesday night. Police have arrested both and left for Aligarh.

Both of them (Pooja Shakun Pandey & her husband) tried to mislead the police showing presence in Allahabad but the surveillance team traced their mobile phone location. Two days before his location was found in Haryana, police teams from Aligarh were sent to Haryana and Delhi. On Tuesday night the police arrested both of them from Delhi. The police has left for Aligarh for both.
According to Sardar Mukesh Saini, advocate of Pooja Shakun, Pooja Shakun Pandey has given a prayer in court to sponge the suit. In the prayer letter, Pooja said that he staged the drama of killing Mahatma Gandhi, it is not a crime. They are being framed due to electoral rivalry. There is no eye-witness to the public near the police plaintiff.
Non-bailable warrants have been issued against the General Assembly’s Uttamma Singh and Kunjvihari Mishra. The police started the act of attachment against both of them. Now notice has been issued against Uttam Singh.
Two Mahasabha workers have got bail from the court. According to advocate Ashok Sharma and Navratna Gupta, on Tuesday, bail was granted to the Mahanabh’s Mahanabha’s Maha Maha Abhiyan Abhishek Gupta and Rahul’s bail petition. Both of them were released from prison when sanctioned bail.
