why aren’t India using generic drugs?? Why are generic drugs have much lesser cost than patent drugs . Patent drugs are those drugs which are under the manufacturer for 7years he/she will be have the rights in the drug for the given period of time but the drugs produced after the patent period are know as generic drugs.
