India defeated Pakistan 8 wickets in the group A match of Asia cup 2018. India will now face Bangladesh in the next match. India chased a modest target of 163 in 29 overs. Skipper Rohit Sharma managed to score a half-century with the support of opener Shikhar Dhawan. Ambati Rayudu and Dinesh Karthik led India across the winning line and remained not out. Bhuwaneshwar Kumar was the man of the match for picking three wickets. Although the Asia Cup, 2018 held at Dubai International Stadium in the United Arab Emirates was a much-anticipated match between the arch-rivals, India and Pakistan because the teams faced each other for the first time since the ICC Champions Trophy, 2017.
