Can Kashmir return to normalcy?
Taking an important position on Kashmir policy, Modi government has decided to talk with different stakeholder of Kashmir. For this purpose, Central Government has appointed Dineshwar Sharma, former Director of Intelligence Bureau (IB) as an interlocutor for Kashmir. Home Minister Rajnath Singh announced this decision on 23 October.
