2.0 Teaser out: Rajinikanth vs Akshay Kumar on the big screen
If you check Youtube right now, you would find a plethora of Robot 2 teasers and trailers on the site. Unfortunately, until a few days ago, all of these were fan-made. But, finally, after a long wait, the 2.0 teaser is out.
The 2010 blockbuster Robot created a sensation. This teaser did not disappoint the expectations of the many fans of Superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.
The teaser starts with not a murder but a whole swarm of crows descending upon a city. Mobile phones get scooped up from people’s hands and from the many stores. Its all in a state of chaos. And the mobile phones take over the homes of the people. They are most probably controlled the Crow Man aka Dr Richard. This terrifying, blood-churning and gut-wrenching role is being played Akshay Kumar.
In the 1 minute teaser, Akshay Kumar appears for at most 3 seconds. But even this leaves a lasting impression on the minds of the viewers. From the teaser, it can be confirmed that he is definitely the villain of the movie.
The 2.0 teaser also shows us the revival of the previously dismantled, Chitti the Robot. He is the saviour of humanity who battles against the giant crow among the glorious and well-rendered special effects.
2.0 has been made with a massive budget. It has been estimated to be more than Rs. 540 crore. Initially, the filmmakers had allocated a budget of Rs. 350 crore. Then the expenses went up to Rs. 450 crore.
2.0 is India’s most expensive film to date. It is also the second-costliest film in Asia.
2.0 is scheduled to hit the screens on 29th November this year. The day is a Thursday. So get ready to sanction those leaves early so that you don’t miss out the grandiose of the movie which has been confirmed through the 2.0 teaser.
